Using document uploads and links
Documents are retained with the project and accessible to anyone with appropriate permissions. Documents can be uploaded directly to Workflow Manager or linked from a cloud service. Please see the follow instructions for each option.
Uploading Documents
Documents can be uploaded to a project by clicking or dragging a document in the shaded area. Documents can also be previewed, downloaded, or deleted from this screen.

Linking Documents
Linking documents or folders from cloud storage solutions or internal drives (such as Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, etc.) is recommended because it is an active link that will always provide you the latest file. This will also help other team members locate files and folders related to the project. To add a file or folder link simply click the "Add New Link" text, this will create an empty row. Enter the document link and a short description and click the "Save" button. Links can also be opened, edited, or deleted from this page.
