When products are updated, there may occasionally be browser cache or cookie issues that create problems for specific users. In most cases there are a few common solutions. Try these solutions any time you experience one of the following:
- Cannot login or reset password
- Cannot edit or submit a timesheet
- Cannot edit pursuit/project data

Pages load but no data/information is shown
Update Your Browser
Instructions for Chrome:
- Click on the controls menu at the top right of the browser
- Click on "Help"
- Click on "About Google Chrome"
- If chrome is not up to date it will automatically update or will prompt you to update


Clear Cache/Cookies
You can clear the cache for Workflow Manager without being logged out of everything else you are using.
For Chrome, please follow these instructions:
- Close any browser tabs where Workflow Manager is active
- Go to chrome://settings/content/all
- Type "workflowmanager" (no space) in the lower search box
- Click the trash icon next to any results, this will clear cookies only for Workflow Manager

Other Options
If neither of these works, completely closing all browser windows and restarting your computer is the next best option. If that doesn't work, please email support@workflowmanager.app.
